A word on confidentiality
It is our experience that keeping your head or board chair in the dark about your career plans does not serve you well. Confidentiality in independent school searches is tricky because the independent school world is small. If you have concerns, please discuss them with us. Usually, candidates can remain confidential until the finalist stage.
