Navigating the Search Process: What Can You Expect From Us?

  1. A Position Description. Based on an extensive visit at the school (including interviewing faculty, students, administration, staff, parents), we prepare a position description, which is approved by the search committee. This describes the school and its challenges, as well as its opportunities.
  2. The timeline for the search process (Pay attention to this and note the dates!)
  3. E-mailed acknowledgements of all materials you and your references send to us
  4. Answers, whenever possible, to all your questions
  5. Feedback on your candidacy at each stage of the search
  6. Confidentiality about your candidacy until you become a finalist (If a search committee requests differently, you will be informed.)
